Our approach

Every Nova engagement is staffed with senior engineers, designers and product thinkers who have done this before. No layered agencies, no fresh-from-bootcamp resourcing — the people you meet are the people who build.
We work in tight loops: discover the real problem, ship the smallest valuable thing, learn, repeat. Most projects see working software in the first two weeks.
